Step 1: Remove your dentures, clean and bag for shipping

Step 2: Place in bubble wrap and send in a small yet rigid box to
protect from getting crushed

Step 3: Include your mailing information, instructions and a Money Order or
Cashier's Check for $55.00 made Payable to DAD Lab.

Step 4: Mail to:

Step 5:: We receive your appliance, process repair work, return ship via priority mail to you. Turn around time is typically five days.
             For expedited return delivery (Over night Mail) please add $15.00
This includes disinfection procedure for your protection.
